Donald
Gleason M.D. is a graduate of Columbia
University College of Physicians and Surgeons, and a Board Certified Urologist. He has been a practicing physician
since 1957 and involved in pharmaceutical research since ACT's inception in
1996. Dr. Gleason is a Certified
Physician Investigator (CPI) and
serves as a Medical Director of Advanced Clinical Therapeutics. His
achievements in Urology are numerous and have brought national recognition.
He was a founding member and past President of the Urodynamics Society and
recipient of the Lifetime Acheivement Award. Dr. Gleason also was a
founder of Urological Associates of Southern Arizona, the largest private
Urology practice in the community of Tucson. He has published on subjects
such as prostate cancer, BPH, overactive bladder, and voiding dysfunction.
Dr. Gleason's experience as Investigator in Urological pharmaceutical studies is
extensive.

Walter
Patton M.D. is a graduate of
the University of New Mexico School of Medicine and a Board Certified
Obstetrician Gynecologist. He has been a practicing physician since 1982
and involved in pharmaceutical research at ACT since 1997. Dr. Patton is a
Certified
Physician Investigator (CPI)
and serves as a Medical Director of Advanced Clinical Therapeutics. He was
a pioneer in Tucson for application of laser technology endoscopically for
treatment of endometriosis and colposcopically for treatment of precancerous
cervical lesions. Dr. Patton is a member of the American Society for
Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology.
He
is a founder of Copperstate Ob/Gyn Associates, a seven physician private
practice in Tucson. He has served as Investigator for numerous Women's and
General Medicine pharmaceutical studies.
